System crash via null-address write in fildds.sys

NULL pointer dereference in Filseclab Twister Antivirus 8 allows local users to crash Windows through the fildds.sys driver. The IOCTL 0x8011206B handler writes to a null address when DeviceIoControl supplies a four-byte input value through the filddsapi device. Any local standard user able to open that device can trigger a Windows blue-screen crash, interrupting the endpoint until it reboots.
