Redirect deletion via nonce-free uninstall action
Published Apr 17, 2023 · Updated Feb 6, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Inisev Redirection before 1.1.5 allows remote attackers to delete all configured redirections. The admin-post uninstall handler accepts the ir_uninstall action without a CSRF nonce check and resets the plugin's redirection data. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a forged request, and the resulting reset removes the site's redirect configuration.
