Unrestricted file upload in Guizhou Mixin Technology 115cms 4.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a PHP upload. The extend/org/Upload.php handler fails to filter the uploaded file's type or content, while administrative settings permit PHP as an allowed suffix. An administrator-level session must first allow that suffix and upload an attachment; requesting the file executes it as a web shell.
