Browser script execution via unescaped organization-search query

Reflected XSS in osTicket before 1.16.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The organization lookup in include/ajax.orgs.php returns the q request parameter in JSON without sanitizing it or encoding HTML. Successful exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction, exposing data and actions available to the victim's session.
