Authentication bypass in Froxlor before 2.0.13 allows remote attackers to access user accounts through the web login interface. The validatePasswordLogin method in lib/Froxlor/System/Crypt.php uses loose equality for legacy MD5 hash comparison, allowing type juggling between numeric-looking hashes. The target account must retain an MD5-compatible password hash; successful bypass grants that account's privileges without its password.
