Database read and modification via unsafe mysqli_query input
Published Mar 9, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Online Graduate Tracer System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data through admin_cs.php. The admin_cs.php path sends attacker-controlled input to mysqli_query without safely neutralizing SQL metacharacters. A valid account and a high-complexity request sequence are required; successful injection can read or modify application data and interrupt database-backed operations.
