Service interruption via recursive SVG processing

Improper input validation in ImageMagick 7.1.0 and earlier, and 6.9.11 and earlier, allows remote attackers to crash SVG processing. In MagickCore/draw.c, DrawPrimitive fails to preserve recursion depth while processing a self-referencing SVG, repeatedly rendering through temporary files until processing segfaults. Exploitation requires an application to process an attacker-supplied SVG; the crash interrupts service, and temporary output can consume roughly 100 times the input size.
