Root command execution via unsanitized InstallSnap argument

Command injection in Ubuntu Kylin kylin-system-updater 1.4.20kord allows local users to execute commands as root via InstallSnap. The system D-Bus InstallSnap method accepts an untrusted snap-name string and passes shell metacharacters such as semicolons into privileged command execution. Any local user able to call com.kylin.systemupgrade can use this path to gain root privileges, affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
