Heap corruption via unchecked UMA bucket index

Heap buffer overflow in Google Chrome before 111.0.5563.64 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted HTML page. UMA's base::SampleVectorBase::MoveSingleSampleToCounts uses a stored sample bucket to index the counts array without a bounds check. Exploitation requires an already-compromised renderer, limiting the flaw to a subsequent memory-corruption stage.
