Email address disclosure via group invitation error

Information disclosure in GitLab allows remote authenticated users to obtain an unverified user's email through a group invitation error. The email_not_verified method in ee/app/models/ee/member.rb formats user.email directly into an error returned when a restricted-domain group rejects an invited, unverified account. Exploitation requires a Premium or Enterprise group with restricted membership domains, group invitation rights, and an account awaiting email confirmation; the result is disclosure of that account's email address.
