Reflected XSS in ServiceNow Records allows remote authenticated users to run arbitrary scripts in another user's browser via crafted record input. ServiceNow identifies reflected XSS in record rendering but has not published the affected field, request parameter, or faulty encoding operation. Exploitation requires an authenticated actor and a victim to open the crafted response; the script can read data available to that browser session.
