Cross-site request forgery in NETGEAR RAX30 firmware before 1.0.10.94 allows remote authenticated users to submit arbitrary requests. An unauthenticated password-reset page issues a CSRF token that the web interface accepts when reused for the next request to any endpoint. Reachability requires LAN access and a valid low-privileged session; accepted requests carry that session's router privileges.
