Stored XSS via unsanitized booking full name

Stored XSS in Ladela Interactive Bookly 21.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts through the booking form's full name field. The plugin stores the unfiltered name in $codes and inserts it into a calendar tooltip without sanitizing or escaping it. No account is required to submit the value, but a user must later open the affected calendar tooltip for the script to execute in that user's browser.
