Crash via consecutive-segment array overwrite

Memory corruption in Wireshark 3.6.0 through 3.6.11 and 4.0.0 through 4.0.3 allows attackers to crash or hang it via crafted packets. The ISO 15765 and ISO 10681 dissectors increment frag_id_high and use the resulting fragment ID to write past the array into an adjacent allocation header after many consecutive segments. A packet injected onto a monitored network reaches the flaw without authentication; opening a crafted capture file requires user interaction, and Wireshark 4.0 crashes while 3.6 can hang.
