Kernel-address disclosure via empty SCTP address list

Type confusion in the Linux kernel SCTP diagnostic handler allows local users to disclose kernel address data through a crafted socket. inet_diag_msg_sctpasoc_fill() applies list_entry() to an empty association address list, causing an endpoint pointer to be returned as IPv6 address data. A low-privileged local process must create an SCTP socket with mismatched IPv6 scopes and query the diagnostic interface; the disclosure weakens KASLR without directly altering data or stopping service.
