Settings modification via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Read More Excerpt Link 1.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter settings via forged requests. The read_more_excerpt_link_menu_options() function accepts settings submissions without correctly verifying a WordPress nonce before saving supplied option values. Exploitation requires a site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or otherwise submit the forged request, and the resulting change is limited to the plugin configuration.
