Authenticated database manipulation via raw SQL interpolation

SQL injection in SourceCodester Doctors Appointment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries. The /admin/doctors.php handler copies the POST search value and id query value into SQL strings, then executes them without parameterization. Administrator access is required, and exploitation exposes database operations permitted to the application's account.
