Database disclosure and modification via unneutralized id parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Reviewer Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data. The questions-view.php pretest handler sends the GET id value to a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax. A valid application account and network access to the administrative endpoint are required, and successful injection can expose or modify application records.
