Administrator-level database disclosure via unprepared option queries
Published Jun 9, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in Intuitive Custom Post Order 3.1.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database contents. The update_options and refresh functions reuse the objects and tags parameters in database queries without sufficient escaping or prepared statements. Exploitation requires administrator permissions and is practical only when a nonstandard database character set such as GBK permits an addslashes bypass.
