IDOR in IMA World Health BHIMA 1.27.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' and administrator-only data. BHIMA's affected data-access actions retrieve records selected by user-controlled identifiers without checking the requesting account's authorization. Any normal application account can cross horizontal and vertical data boundaries; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
