Administrator session theft via stored order script
Published Feb 22, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Online Eyewear Shop Website 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser. The order workflow stores attacker-controlled order data, and the order management view renders the id value without adequate output neutralization. A registered customer must submit an order and an administrator must open its management view; script execution can steal administrator authentication data or perform administrative actions.
