Privilege escalation via forged administrator role assignment

Cross-site request forgery in IMA World Health BHIMA 1.27.0 allows remote attackers to change account privileges through an administrator. The /roles/assignTouser endpoint accepts attacker-selected user_id and role_uuids values from a cross-origin auto-submitted POST without a CSRF defense. An administrator must open the malicious link while authenticated, after which the chosen registered account receives the selected roles.
