Editor-level stored XSS via unescaped tag names

Stored XSS in Custom Permalinks 2.6.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through crafted tag names. The post-type and taxonomy list-table renderers output attacker-controlled tag names without sufficient sanitization or escaping. Editor-level access is required, and the stored script executes when a user opens the injected page even if unfiltered_html is disabled.
