Cross-namespace file disclosure via unauthenticated Jupyter API

Missing authorization in Red Hat OpenShift Data Science 1.22 allows remote attackers to read notebook files through the Jupyter API. The Kubernetes notebook service accepts Jupyter API requests from pods in other namespaces or applications without enforcing authorization. Reachability requires network access from another cluster workload, and successful requests expose file contents or invoke other permitted Jupyter API operations.
