Account takeover via unchecked password update

Improper access control in SourceCodester Auto Dealer Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to reset any user's password. The user list and management pages omit authorization checks, and the Users.php save action accepts a selected account identifier with a replacement password. Staff credentials are sufficient to overwrite an administrator's password, enabling takeover of that account and its management privileges.
