Node manipulation via missing CSRF form tokens

Cross-site request forgery in affected OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon releases allows remote authenticated users to alter managed nodes. Three administrative JSP forms omit CSRF token inputs, while Spring Security omits their POST paths from its protected-request list. Exploitation requires an authenticated user's interaction from an adjacent network and enables interface addition, node management, or node deletion.
