Session-data disclosure via unescaped query parameter names

Cross-site scripting in affected OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon releases allows attackers to read confidential session information. Util.makeQueryString URL-encodes parameter values but appends request parameter names verbatim when it rebuilds links for outage/list.htm. An attacker must supply a crafted parameter name and induce an authenticated intranet user to follow the generated link, allowing script execution in that user's browser and access to session information.
