Locked configuration changes via incomplete authorization

Improper authorization in TeamViewer Remote 15.41 through 15.42.7 allows local users to alter locked device settings. The client exposes basic local device settings to an unprivileged account even after an administrator has locked those options. Exploitation requires local device access and user interaction, and permits unwanted configuration changes on Windows and macOS.
