Stored XSS in BTCPay Server before 1.7.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via an uploaded file. The static-file response handler sets a Content Security Policy of script-src 'self', permitting same-origin scripts referenced by attacker-controlled uploads. The attacker requires file-upload access, and a victim must open the stored content; script then executes within the BTCPay Server origin.
