Process crash via crop-region heap overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in tiffcrop in LibTIFF 4.4.0 and earlier allows attackers to crash the utility with a crafted TIFF file. extractContigSamplesShifted32bits writes past a heap buffer while composing crop regions from attacker-controlled image data and crop geometry. Exploitation requires an affected tiffcrop process to handle the file, terminating that process without reported data disclosure.
