Stored XSS via unencoded open-question fields

Stored cross-site scripting in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. Faq::renderOpenQuestions inserts stored usernames directly into HTML and applies strip_tags rather than entity encoding to question text. An attacker must submit an open question and wait for another user to view the listing; script then runs under that viewer's application origin.
