Published Jan 16, 2024 · Updated Jun 2, 2025
Reflected XSS in Den Media hiWeb Migration Simple 2.0.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts in administrators' browsers. The tools.php?page=hw_migration_simple handler reflects the POST old_domain value into its response without sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to submit the crafted form, allowing attacker-supplied script to run in that administrator's WordPress session.
