Unauthenticated code execution via wrapped header length

Integer overflow in affected ThingWorx and Kepware components allows remote attackers to execute code or crash server processes. The twHeader_fromStream function derives an undersized allocation from attacker-controlled header data after an integer wrap, and twStream_GetBytes then overflows the heap buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; Kepware-family deployments are exposed only when the ThingWorx Interface is enabled.
