Authentication bypass in LYNX Technik yellobrik PEC-1864 allows remote attackers to alter passwords and video stream settings over a network. The web interface relies on client-side JavaScript for authentication, leaving configuration changes without server-side enforcement. Network access to the device is sufficient to lock out users, replace the stream source, or redirect the stream and expose its contents.
