Arbitrary file write via backup path traversal

Path traversal in YugabyteDB Anywhere 2.0.0.0 through 2.13.0.0 allows local users to write arbitrary files through a backup upload. The backup upload logic in PlatformReplicationManager.java fails to reject traversal sequences before resolving the destination path. Reaching the operation requires high privileges, and successful exploitation can create or overwrite files accessible to the service account.
