Code execution via unneutralized exported CSV formulas

CSV injection in Roxnor MetForm 3.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to place executable formulas in exported form-entry data. The entry export path writes attacker-controlled form values into CSV cells without neutralizing formula-triggering prefixes. Execution requires an administrator to export the entries and open the resulting file in spreadsheet software configured to evaluate the formula.
