Form submission disclosure via unchecked shortcode entry ID

Information disclosure in MetForm 3.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read stored form fields via the mf shortcode. The render_mf_field callback accepts a query-string entry ID and shortcode-supplied field key, then reads that key from metform_entries__form_data without validating access to the selected submission. Subscriber-level access and a page containing the shortcode are required; the reported consequence is disclosure of standard fields from other form submissions.
