Authenticated payment-status disclosure via unchecked entry ID
Published Jun 9, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Information disclosure in Roxnor MetForm 3.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary form payment statuses. The mf_payment_status shortcode accepts a form-entry post ID and reads metform_entries__payment_status metadata without verifying authorization for that entry. Subscriber-level access permits enumeration of entry IDs and exposure of payment states, but this flaw does not disclose transaction IDs or other form data.
