Subscriber-level last-name disclosure via unchecked entry ID

Information disclosure in Roxnor MetForm 3.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read submitters' last names via mf_last_name. The render_last_name shortcode handler accepts an entry ID from the request and reads its metform_entries__form_data value without verifying access to that submission. A subscriber account and a page containing the shortcode are required; successful requests expose only the selected submission's last name.
