Unrestricted file upload in ULEARN a5a7ca20de859051ea0470542844980a66dfc05d allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The image upload handler accepts attacker-supplied PHP code without verifying that the file is an image, leaving it executable by the server. Administrator permissions are required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary PHP code with the web server's privileges.
