Pre-authentication code execution via unsafe license deserialization

Command injection in Fortra GoAnywhere MFT 7.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the admin port. LicenseResponseServlet passes the attacker-controlled bundle parameter to LicenseAPI.getResponse, which decrypts and deserializes it without authentication. Exposure requires network access to the administration port, and successful execution can create accounts, install tools, and download stored files.
