Process crash via unchecked RTPS name length

Heap-based buffer overflow in the RTPS dissector in Wireshark 4.0.0 through 4.0.5 allows remote attackers to crash the process. The rtps_util_add_type_library_type function passes an attacker-controlled packet length to g_strlcpy as the destination size for a fixed 256-byte member_name buffer. Exploitation requires a malformed RTPS packet to be captured live or opened from a trace file; code execution in the Wireshark process is possible but unconfirmed.
