Authenticated command execution via unsanitized userId
Published Feb 2, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Command injection in qinming99 dst-admin 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the kickPlayer userId parameter. The /home/kickPlayer handler passes userId unchanged to ShellService.kickPlayer, which embeds it in quoted screen commands and sends them to ShellUtil.execShellBin. A valid session is required; injected commands execute with the application account's permissions and can read or modify host data or interrupt services.
