Trust boundary violation in Docker Desktop 4.11.x allows local users to gain elevated privileges via IPC response spoofing. The IPC handling path accepts a spoofed response as trusted and bypasses the administrator-set --no-windows-containers restriction. The flaw is limited to x86 Windows installations configured with that flag and exposes Windows-container capabilities intended to remain disabled.
