Contributor-level settings modification via underprivileged REST route

Improper authorization in Vektor,Inc. VK Blocks 1.57.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter a Font Awesome setting. The vk-blocks/v1/options/vk_font_awesome_version REST route passes an arbitrary value to update_options without requiring settings-administration authority. A contributor account and network access to WordPress are required; impact is limited to unauthorized modification of the Font Awesome version option.
