Stored XSS via unneutralized locker-holder name
Published Jan 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Bank Locker Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The Assign Locker form stores the ahname value, and the management edit view renders it without neutralizing injected HTML event handlers. Banker or sub-banker access is required to submit the record, and an administrator must later open its edit view; the demonstrated consequence is script execution in that authenticated page.
