User redirection via unvalidated redirect target

Open redirect in Page Builder Addons Pie Register before 3.8.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to redirect browsers to external sites. The login and logout redirect handlers accept a protocol-relative redirect_to value without restricting the destination to the WordPress site. Exploitation requires a crafted link and a login or logout action, after which the browser can be sent to a phishing site; no direct data access or service interruption is reported.
