Open redirect via CRLF-injected Location header

HTTP response splitting in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote attackers to redirect users via a crafted NPM package API URL. The package download endpoint accepts percent-encoded CR and LF bytes in its path without filtering them, allowing an injected value to replace the intended registry Location header. Exploitation requires an accessible public project and user interaction with the crafted URL; the demonstrated consequence is redirection to an attacker-controlled site.
