Datadog API key disclosure via logged request URL

Information disclosure in affected GitLab releases allows remote authenticated users with Maintainer access to extract a Datadog API key. The Datadog integration accepts a replacement site hostname and includes the full request URL, with the stored API key, in the failed test's Recent events entry when name resolution fails. A project Maintainer must modify the integration and run its settings test; disclosure of the key permits unauthorized actions in the linked Datadog account.
