System crash via duplicate io_uring file release

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel's io_uring fixed-file installation before 6.1-rc7 allows local users to crash the system. On an io_install_fixed_file error path, the function calls fput even though its callers also release the same file reference, underflowing the reference count and leaving cleanup code to access freed memory. Low-privileged local access and an allocation failure during fixed-file installation are required; the grounded consequence is a kernel crash.
